Exchange will only be possible if accompanied by original receipt along with all original tags on.

In case of exchange or return the customer will be required to courier back the product with original packaging and tags in place. We will deliver the new product within 7 working days.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
If the price of any item purchased by you is reduced by us because of a Sale Promotion, then exchange will be done at the marked down new price.
Used/misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
No claim of faulty merchandise or incorrect items received will be entertained unless it is lodged within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
