Refund Policy

At Urban Walk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale promotions (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item, we are happy to offer an exchange free of charge.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
