• Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• During sale periods or special promotions, delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand.
💸 Shipping Charges:
• Standard shipping fee applies as per the courier company’s rate.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
🛑 Order Delays:
• Delays may occur due to incorrect shipping information, weather conditions, or courier delays.
• Urban Walk is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics companies.
📦 Order Tracking:
• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via SMS or email to help you track your parcel.
🔄 Failed Deliveries:
• In case of failed delivery attempts (due to customer unavailability or wrong address), the courier may try again or return the parcel to us.
• Re-delivery will be initiated only after confirmation from the customer and may incur additional shipping charges.
